Levanzo

Levanzo the smallest of the Egadi Islands.

6.5 miles from the coast of Western Sicily we find the smallest of the Egadi islands.

The island is ideal for trekking, but also pleasant walks immersed in nature such as taking a relaxing walk in the green pine forest.

Cala Fredda, characterized by a pebble beach and a comfortable slide

For diving lovers, Levanzo offers a very attractive archaeological-underwater itinerary: between 27 and 30 meters of depth between Cala Minnola and Punta Altarella there are the remains of a Roman wreck, around fifty wine amphorae and fragments of ceramic pottery with black paint dating back to the 1st BC.

Recommended Go on an excursion and tour the island by boat, enjoying all its colors and shades and taking care to stop in the most beautiful coves.

Admire and photograph the typically Mediterranean panorama.

Very famous is the Grotta del Genovese dating back to the Paleolithic-Neolithic with its splendid graffiti and paintings on the walls. Some of them depict animals that primitive man hoped to hunt, while others depict figures engaged in a ritual dance, testifying to a place used for the magical-religious sphere of life of the primitive men who inhabited it
