Trapani Airport – Lumiwings New Flights

The new routes that the Greek company Lumiwings has activated on the Trapani airport were presented today at the “Vincenzo Florio” in Trapani.

(Article of italy24news.com) The Greek airline will connect the “Vincenzo Florio” to Forlì from next 28 March. From the first week of June until the end of September, direct flights will depart with Santorini, Rhodes and Heraklion (Crete). There will also be the possibility of reaching Poland (with the cities of Katowice and Lodz) and Romania (with the airports of Arad and Craiova) from Trapani with a connecting flight from Forlì. The company will use three Boeing 737/300 aircraft but it is not excluded, for next year, the expansion of the fleet with other aircraft. The flight to Forlì will be operated 6 days a week, except Wednesdays, the one to Heraklion every Wednesday, from June to the end of September; Santorini and Rhodes on Tuesdays and Saturdays from June to the end of September. With regard to the current Covid emergency, it was announced that the sanitation of the aircraft will be carried out by the same company in the Forlì base, on board all the material used will be pre-packaged, the use of fabric masks will not be allowed but only of those surgical and FFP2 and, of course, all current international standards for civil aviation will be respected.
